Graco MyRide 65 vs. Safety 1st Air

I love the look of the Safety 1st Air. After we are done with the bucket seat (which only last my DD 4 months) we will clearly need a new convertible for my DS. I have a Graco MyRide 65. I might put that in my DH's truck and get a Safety 1st Air - I love the look of them and they look so much less bulky than a MyRide, which took up sooooo much of my backseat in my Equinox. Would you get a Safety 1st Air or another Graco MyRide 65. Which, of the two, did you prefer?

If and before you decide on a complete air, try your baby in it first to make sure that a set of straps will be at or below the shoulders...I have heard that many babies won't fit until after 6mos old. Other than that...its one of the narrowest and tallest convertibles with a high RF weight limit. I do believe it has a strict angle limit, bt newer models may have also come out with a 2 angle available seat..:someone correct me if I'm wrong. And definitely Ty it in your car to help your decision!

Eh if it were up to me I'd pick another seat over either of those BUT if I had to pick between those two I'd go with the MyRide. Unless you have really tall kids but still the MR will get a kid to a decent age RF.

I like them both. I prefer the Complete Air I guess because it's taller.

I *love* our Safety 1st Air. High weight and height range for RF. My son would not have fit in it as a newborn, but it is great after that stage. (I prefer a bucket seat for newborn stage anyway).

We love our complete air. It technically 'belongs' to my 3yo, but right now my oldest is riding in it with plenty of FFing room to grow (he's super tall and super skinny). My baby got one for Christmas to grow into because I love it so much!

Re: Graco MyRide 65 vs. Safety 1st Air

I have both. I prefer the Complete Air. It's more narrow, way less bulky, and has the no rethread straps for easy adjusting. We only have the MyRide because Complete Airs do not fit newborns and we started Delaney off in it.
