BG 4.0 Insert Question

I just got some BG 4.0 pockets today and I was just wondering about the absorbency of the inserts. For those that have heavy wetters, is the one large insert enough or do you add the newborn insert as well?

I use just the one during the day. At night I add the other one.

I usually just use the one. If I know I am going to be out and about for awhile between diaper changes, I sometimes put the nb insert in as well but that is usually just precaution.

We need both which I find bulky. If you can find a Flip organic on FSOT stuff them with those trim and absorbent.
