How to keep from re-infecting?
My ds (4 months) has done really well nursing. Started nursing right away and things have been easy ever since.
He's got a bit of a cold and has congestion, still nurses well but, this might be a stupid question, do I need to to something to clean my nipples so that he just doesn't keep getting the same thing over and over? I just keep thinking about how you can sterilize bottle nipples.

I've never done anything special.
As long as you're showering occasionally , he should be fine. Just an fyi; it's not good or necessary to use soap on your nipples. Hope your lo is feeling better quick!

No worries! Now he had an immunity to that particular cold virus, so he won't become infected again
Just do what you're doing, it sounds like it's working!
