Sick with a cold :(

I've had a cold for the last couple of days and it's really not helping the nausea.

I resorted to taking Tylenol yesterday when I started feeling a little warm, but is there anything else I can take that is 100% safe for the first trimester?

My midwife told me yesterday that homeopathic meds are safe in the 1st trimester. Maybe try Whole Foods? There is a cold remedy from a company called Boiron that works wonders for me. They also have a great honey based cough syrup. Sorry mama hope you feel better

R u in az? I'm in north Phoenix and I think the constant drastic weather change we have been having r major factors hang in there feel better soon

I absolutely LOVE homeopathic meds while pregnant! They work so well for me!

Stuffy nose= neddi pot w/warm water 2x a day

nausea= nux vomica as directed on bottle

and they have specific stuff for each symptom.
