Re: boulevard 70 vs. boulevard 70 cs
The cs stands for click n safe and is supposed to help you know when the straps are adjusted properly. We bought the cs, and then found out that it clicks, but also takes more than one adjustment to get to the "final" click. In all we didn't like the cs and sold it to buy the boulevard 70. I found the same to be true of many other parent reviewers on Amazon and Babies R Us. We couldn't be happier with our 3 boulevard 70's and they are really easy to tighten the straps on.

Re: boulevard 70 vs. boulevard 70 cs
I have two CSs and one regular Boulevard. The first CS I bought for the CS feature. The second CS I bought just because my DD liked that print better than the other Boulevards. The shell itself is the exact same as the Boulevard.
