Re: KAL ~ April 22-28 ~ Sunshine

I started this yesterday and it's moving pretty fast. I used the Ivyanna pattern, with Hippy Pippy's Merry go round for the trim and PW romance for the body, I really love how it looks. I used size 5 needles with dk and the pw is worsted, so the size seems good for 3-6 mths. I hope.

Making this for my youngest sisters new baby Sophia due in June. It's seeming a bit difficult for me to knit this because I really wanted to be knitting my first newbie outfit for one of mine.
:0( At least I get to knit for her.

How long should I make the straps on a dress for a 7yo? I'm making 2 straps and then connecting the two sort of like the jungle gym does on the back bib. The other side of the straps will be sewn on to the front of the dress.

Well, I made a stockinette headband but it's too big and is rolling up. I thought that I could make it snug enough to keep it flat.
