Just finished dyeing up a Christmas colorway for an order - I'll post pics after I reskein it. It looks good unskeined, if I do say so myself - I can't wait to see it reskeined!
I remember! Did you ever finish it?!

I am so tired today. I tried and tried to go to sleep last night and ended up laying in bed awake until 3am. 'Course J was up ready to eat at 8:25  I did get to finish spinning today so now I've got 4oz in the wash, and about to be banged and hanged. I should have pics of that tomorrow. Now I need to do two i-cords! I personally don't care for my lucet, but I also hate i-cords. For me? The lesser of the two evils is the i-cord

Hiya ladies!

I am sooo behind on knitting but that's me always anyway. More yarn than I can knit .

Here's a WIP pic of a dress I finished, I'll get an FO tomorrow.

And a newbie soaker with Angela's baby tink cw...I love love love shephards wool - so squishy soft!

I BO in ribbing so it looks a little ruffle-y - does this happen to anyone else?

Oh and I love my lucet - yours are gorgeous Amanda.

Here are the lucets that Ross and I made yesterday:

I've always wanted to try one. I have gotten past the "hate" with i-cords and now don't mind them too much!

Yours is so nice I may have to try it!

:cough: the above ones are for sale in my store.
um not anymore...

Shepherds and Purewool are my FAVE bases especially for NB and I Love how they both take the dyes. ♥♥

"hipped" and I have to rip out and set in a bunch of increases after the waistband, which is actually too wide, but since it's elastic style I am NOT going to rip it out. Sigh.

It's been too ugly to take pics.
I feel you! I love knitting with Marr Haven, but I hate using it because I can never get the gauge right (even with swatches). I'm using it right now to make a hooded vest. I went down 2 needle sizes and CO at 2 sizes smaller than I wanted it to end up, and it's still almost 3 sizes bigger than I planned for Only good thing, I was making it for my little DS and it's actually going to be a little big on my big DS. So not going to frog and start over.....for now. I just started the 2nd skein and realized it's a bit darker than the first. I'm going to knit some more and see how bad it looks first.

Tim- When you find a good way to get through the block, let me know I have a second fingerless mitten that's been sitting for almost a year now waiting to be completed. I keep finding better projects to work on.

Tomorrow is picture taking day for me I have a few projects I need to get pics of that I can finally post.
