Re: Basically it's Wednesday!

I imagine anything you can clean wooden tables with is ok for the wooden floor too but it might make it slippery...it might be better to go out and pick up proper cleaner for wooded floors.

I would use diluted oil soap. If it is that super oily cleaner I wouldn't use it on the floors. Also a little pine sol or all purpose cleaner won't hurt it

Re: Basically it's Wednesday!

Big things happening over here....
Derry learned how to tie her shoes (the method of two loops crossed and pulled through) and Shannon learned how to tie her shoes a different way (one loop and then the shoes lace wrapped around and pulled through), she used to do the two loops until today.

How do you tie your shoes?

I made green tea cookies this morning...they were vegan but not GF so this afternoon I made some GF/vegan cookies. Walnut cookies. Not great because they spread out a bit too much. I think I should just add a little more of the GF flour mixture next time and they will be better.

I want this cat. He's not had a wonderful life. Only 10 months old and he was hit by a tractor. It says he's slow and so he's a house cat. But loves to cuddle.

Shannon is seriously upset. I shouldn't have mentioned the cat. She really really wants the cat. Heiner really really doesn't want the cat.

ok, electrician done and furniture delivered. so i could have left the girls at school, lol. I figured out the floor has the same haze as the kitchen, and its not in the living room, so the dust from the kitchen tile caulking is what is causing the haze. that just will take time and many mops to go away.

got the rice cooker full of dumplings here, so we can eat on our new table. even though we could make swimming lessons, i think we will skip bc i am exhuasted.

janine i tie my shoes the long way. none of my kids can tie a bow at all, but they have really poor fine motor.
