So just up to the chest with a rounded bottom....interesting!! Thanks for the idea mama! Not sure when to start testing on these, but I'll definitely post here

Would it matter if it's Wool Interlock Blend (97/3) or 100% Wool? The blend would be a bit more durable, hold it's shape and be machine washable (on Warm/Gentle).

I would be more interested in the blend, it sounds easier to care for

Would you prefer one with sleeves, sleeveless, or one that just goes right up under the armpits?

I am past this stage, but if I had another baby, I'd want two just like the halo sleeveless zipper sacks. I'd probably get one that was from the armpits down for the newborn stage. wouldn't matter what kind of wool.

The interlock blend sounds good. It would probably be washed alot.

I always thought it would be nice to have a wool interlock swaddle sack like the SwaddleMe brand. That's what my baby always slept in when newborn. Not sure how nicely the aplix would treat the wool though. Maybe it could be fastened with a Boingo instead

I think lap sleeves and and elastic bottom would be ideal
