Can't handle CDing since we started solids...

UPDATE: Pg 6

OH dear...has anyone else had this problem?

I simply cannot handle cloth diapers since my LO started solids. I've had her in sposies the last week because I can't even consider scraping or dunking her non-ebf poo off of cloth...

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has had this issue!!

We've had some extremely gross diapers around here when we were in the "new to solids" stage. I didn't give up on cloth but don't feel bad if you want to - you have to do whatever works for you.

A diaper sprayer made my life much easier at that point!

What if you put in one of the thin liners each time you change him? Couldn't you just toss the whole liner + poop into the toilet then?

We have a septic, so liners are a no-go for us That would make life so much easier.

I can use cloth after she's had a poo because I she usually goes a couple days before her next poo...but as we approach the 2-day mark, I get reluctant to take my chances and put her back in sposies.. haha

Fleece liners. Make your own or Bummis sells them. The poo doesnt really stick to them.

I don't use them. I just plop of in the toilet with no rinsing, spraying or dunking...but the fleece are another option.

The only thing that got me through was having a spatula for scraping and a sprayer. Now I still cloth diaper a special needs 4yo with yucky non dumpable poop. Nothing phases me, lol. But I admit it was rough at first. Its a TREAT to have an EBF newb again.
