5 glaases of water (two serving each
Chicken in celery
Apple
Gtound beef and cucumbers
Orange
1 melba toast.

I also chewed and spit out a bite of pizza and an oreo cookie.

Took sleep medicine and hope to pass out soon.

I'm sucking at this diet the past two days. I'm back up to 224 (was 221 2 days ago) because I keep mowing down at night...overnight I should say. Sigh

Aw katie that stinks. I think the only way I've been so dixciplined is with dh home he handles all the meals so I'm less tempted.
