Yes they are. I installed the middle first and then the out board ones but will test it by taking the middle one out. They barely even touch each other which is nice. I mean of course they are touching but they don't seem over crowded I'll upload the picture in just a sec

Definitely take the middle one out and check before you need to haul kids. Yay a pic!!

Question...is your 5 year olds shoulders still at or below the top harness slot? My friends small 4 year old only has an inch left so I'm wondering if your 5 year old hasn't outgrown the seat. Also, I'm assuming the middle seat is for the 3 year old? The harness setting you have it set too seems low for a 3 year old. Remember for FF they need to be at or above the shoulders.

The 5yo the slots are RIGHT dead even and the middle seat is for my hefty 8mo and the rf behind the passenger is for my tiny 3yo I had everyone sit in the seats to measure before I installed them

You are aware it's illegal and extremely unsafe to FF your 8 month old correct? I am thinking you made a typo since you mentioned something upthread about RFing the 5 year old.

Eta: FFing isnt about weight in comparison to age. It's about the ossification of bones. Your 3yo may be small and your 8 month old big but they still have 3 year old and 8 month old bones.
