Pinholes in PUL... fixable? throw away?

I have an old FB OS pocket that, last time I put it on DS, leaked in one little spot. I could see a penny-size wet spot on the outside of the diaper, and onto his clothes, right about where his urine stream would have hit, I guess.
Upon further inspection, when I stretch the PUL I can see tiny little pinholes. I got this diaper used in a local swap, and I am kinda thinking I got swindled, because all the diapers I received out of the swap were somehow wonky. *sigh*
What do I do? Can I fix this? Is it hard to fix?
TIA for any help!

Try drying it on high for a little bit and see if it will seal the pul

I dry all my PUL on high and it seems to help a lot!

Agreed, and if it doens't work offer it up for FFS or a LOTTO there are a lot of mamas out there that would love a holy diaper. A holy diaper is better than no diaper. KWIM?

try spraying the outside with waterproof spray (like what they put on shoes) to see if that seals the hole. We have holes in a couple covers and it never leaks out, maybe there was just a lot of pressure in that one spot because of how baby was sitting, moving, etc, or the insert was really wet. it may not happen every time, just use it as a backup diaper.
