Hm. Well they aren't planning on moving her unless we request it. At least the caseworker isn't. I need to talk to the investigator still today and get her update as the cw can't tell me much yet. Since this is our first, I just assumed that they would choose to disrupt when the kid makes allegations, even if they aren't true. We will see. Lotsa thinking to do still. She did tell me notto worry much as this is super common. I do feel a bit better.

Sorry you're going through this too Mama2Manyboyz. The oldest ended up missing school today and I have a feeling I'm thankful he did. There's been lots and lots of questions, fears and tears here today. The little one is just going crazy but he's been ramping up to that for weeks so it's not that unusual for him. Is your foster daughter continuing therapy after? I really pushed for it and my boys are staying with their therapist for up to a year. Made me so happy because they love their therapist. He's been the one constant for them throughout being in care. I am really going to miss the oldest. We've never had anyone over four and he has been fun! The little one is more open with the I love yous and so forth, but he's also more defiant and well a little one.

Sorry you're going through this too Mama2Manyboyz. The oldest ended up missing school today and I have a feeling I'm thankful he did. She also let me know that she's not going to dr. appts. anymore, that apparently her OB told her to just show up at L and D when her contractions were 5 min. apart. I don't get it. I think it may be more along the lines of her being inconsistent with showing up for her appts and some miscommunication of something. I just hope the little guy stays safe and that she stays healthy and takes care of herself.

A jar of coconut oil found in the grocery section has worked great for me. A friend told me to try and I love using it on my AA and AA mixed kids. I just rub some in my hands to melt and rub on their skin after bath and then run my hands through their hair afterwards since a little goes a long way. Adds a nice sheen with out getting too heavy and weighed down.

It is cheap and readily available and doesn't start smelling like olive oil. Worth a try.

Gah. They messed up dfd's interview so it's been rescheduled for Friday. So we won't know anything until next week. Her caseworker doesn't sound concerned at all. This is going to be a huge set back for dfd either way. What a mess.

Oh no.

i cant imagine how she must feel after being rejected by her ob. Or her perceived rejection anyway. I dont understand why they wouldnt wan tto see her unless she is being discharged due to missing too many appointments. I dont onow if thats a possibility but we did that with patients in dental.

Got a hold of her! Whew. Her phone was stolen so she has a new phone, but lost all her text messages and contacts.
