The midwife wrote me up a prescription for it, and because I was at the military hospital I just walked down to their orthopedic department the same day and they gave it to me. Easy peasy - which was nice, because few things usually are so easy with our insurance, lol.

However, the super beefy full bodied "prenatal cradle" brace I want is NOT covered. Total bummer.

Parenting consistently and in love is all the matters. Your label or philosophy won't raise good children, your example will.

Oh its probably much easier than dealing with mine. I'll have to ask my midwife tomorrow.

Sledge hammer, yes! I feel it the most when getting up from bed.

Re: anybody else's vagina (surface), pelvis area sore?

OMG - YES!! I'm only 17.5 weeks and it's rough already! I was shocked since I didn't have this at all when pg with DD and didn't expect it to start happening this early. It stinks big time. I had no idea that a support belt could help with it, though...will have to look into that for sure. Only my belly isn't even THAT huge to support yet, lol!
