I'm hoping that my phone deciding to go nuts last night and loose it's charge and turned off (so it didn't wake me up) is not going to set a precedent for the entire day. I'd forgotten about the appointment this morning so now I have to run to my GP to pick up a referral to the Opticians.

The kids messed about something silly this morning too.

Shannon kept saying "Daisy's eyes are closed but she's awake. We need to wash her eyes". I kept saying, "no...she's sleeping, Leave her alone". repeat and repeat and repeat...
Derry kept going nuts because she wants to wear a dress...no, it's too cold.
Cami put on 2 pairs of pants (UK) and wouldn't believe anyone when they told her she needed to take one pair off.
Fynn was his usual fussybutt-self....no change there.

I've had a couple of cookies and gotten ready. I'm trying to give my phone time to charge up before having to leave to pic up the referral and then to the appointment.....It scares me to leave without a phone these days. I need to know I can be reached if anything happens to the kids, yk.

The rest of the morning went like clockwork!

I got the refural, arrived in time to stop at the bakery to pick up a Latte (which was delicious) and my eyes are ok (ok, he tried to get me to go some expensive testing...silly price to test the thickness of my cornias...I dont think it's needed and I'm not doing it) so I went to the Opticians to choose new glasses.

They are a deep blue on the outside and a light blue on the inside.

and sunglasses...I've need these for SOOOOOOOO LONG!

Then I went to the supermarket to pick up stuff to decorate cupcakes (that I'll be making later) to take to work tomorrow.

Got a Yufka for lunch...

and was home in time to turn on the crockpot for dinner.

Oh and the regular glasses have a coating to stop the fogging up, are thinner, and have anti-glare. The sunglasses are polarized, thinner and have anti-glare too.

Silly expensive but I'm paying for them over time so it's affordable. 545€ for the two pairs. Thankfully when anything happens to the glasses they are really good about fixing them.

eek janine that is expensive.....And my pump has crapped out. Idk what i am going to do. i dotn want to buy a new one but i am gonna have to. boo maybe a new stroller isn't in my future

however bob just aced his sister if she was using hers still..she isn't but i feel like a leech...i already borrowed her infant seat. I guess stuff doesn't last 6 years

Have you checked with insurance to see id they cover a pump as a medical supply? I got a prescription from my doctor for my medela and it only cost $75
