I'm only on level one.I plan to stay there until I'm comfortable to move to the next.so I'll def be over the 30 days lol. My days are long and I'm tired but i hope exercising again helps me with my mojo lol

I restarted the Shred on Tuesday, since I fell off the wagon so badly. I'm combining it with the Couch to 5K program, so I am alternating days. My plan is to do Shred 3 days/week, C25K 3 days/week, and do something fun on my "off" day (like last Sunday, we took the kids to the pool)

She did let me get in my workout, tho. Day 4 of level 3 complete! I have never been good at working out to dvds in the past, but somehow I am motivated by Jillian!

So, did anyone exercise today? I had been doing so well this week, but this morning my body ached and was just tired. I didn't sleep well due to lots of weird dreams. (My kids actually slept fine!)
I think my body told me it's ok to take a day off. I will try not to take off too many days, tho! Back at it tomorrow

I think today is going to be a "day off" day. Or I might do the Shred... Since Saturday I've done Couch to 5K three times, Shred twice, and took the kids swimming.

I am wondering about this too. I am doing the 30 day shred (day 6) with some cardio dancing with the little guy and it's getting a lot easier now. I'd like to alternate it with something. I get bored easily.

It's been awhile since anyone has posted about their workout. Are you keeping with it?
I was determined to exercise this morning, but DD kept turning off the tv, so I threatened we would have to go to Mommy's gym. She typically screams when I try to take her to the childcare at the gym, but this morning she actually went in and had a great time! Little brother, however, didn't enjoy his time at the gym as much, but I did get in 15 minutes on the elliptical. I am going to turn on 30 Day Shred now while both kids are napping. But, honestly, all I want to do it sit on the couch and surf DS
