Anyone live around there? we are thinking about moving there if my husband gets the job!...lol i'm hoping to have some Cding friends..lol I don't have any here..lol so a girl can wish right?

I live in Amarillo. I grew up around here and lived in Dallas for years and moved back about 3 years ago. I am brand new to CDing! I love Amarillo!!

does anyone know what web site to look at for rent houses? All i can find is for buying a house. I would LOVE to buy a house but it would have to be a owner finance. My hubbys credit isn't as high as it needs to be for our bank

Wow!!! So glad to see this post. I am moving to Dalhart in April. It's about an hour from Amarillo and 45 mins from Dumas. Hopefully we can meet up sometime. =)

LOL - I just read my post.. we were supposed to move back in Feb but DH was in the hospital for a week and that totally threw off all of our plans.

We REALLY should be moving in the next 2 weeks - we'll hopefully know tomorrow when we'll get the keys to our new house.

We moved to Dumas on Tuesday - well, we left Houston on Sunday and got our keys on Tuesday morning. We are still knee deep in boxes, but it's better than elbow deep

We will be going to Dalhart sometime in the next couple of weeks for a gospel meeting being held by a friend of ours. My husband is a preacher here in Dumas.
