Re: does anyone have a sucessful Ebay store?

I have sold 16 items since I started selling 7 days ago, with two auctions ending today that have bids. I am still awaiting payment on 6 items (total of $130 plus shipping) though.

I spent yesterday reorganizing my "room". It is my craft room/the guest room/my ebay room. It was getting ridiculously cluttered (like I couldn't get in the door cluttered). I haven't finished with it yet, but today I am having a birthday party for my 6 year old dd so no ebaying or reorganizing. Only bookkeeping while I nurse my son.

Me too, only $200 in the last week! I did switch 23 things to auctions though and 3 things have bids already day 1. So hope they do good. I might combine some of my babw outfits into a lot too.

GREAT day for me! Lots of bids and 3 items sold, one was drama and I just sent her a request to cancel the transaction and sent the second chance offer. She ran some yoga pants up to over $23 with shipping then tried to say her paypal password wasnt working, I said call them, then it wouldnt let her pay me something about my paypal is blocked...um yea right, you just dont wanna pay now. I told her Ive had the same paypal account for 10 years and I accepted 4 payments today already so theres no problem...if she doesnt want them just say so because I pay fees on this so its not only wasting my money its wasting my time and effort. I hate flakes! But I'll take flakes over scammers anyday.
Chargeback is when they file a claim saying they dudn't authorize the charge. But I did my job, shipped to a confirmed address, which means they have my stuff and my money.

Re: does anyone have a sucessful Ebay store?

Hi all!!

I've been checking in but been super busy last few days.

I'm so bummed about the owl Are you going to keep it for personal use at least? I didn't see it but did you contact the buyer about it? I saw the ebay response but not a buyer one?

Natasha - I don't understand the chargeback either, except that I presume that paypal would file charges(criminal) for theft or something if they figure out the item is actually being shipped to the person. I'm sure a pattern would show up if done a few times with paypal. After all, they are the ones out the $$ in the long run after they reimburse you if shipped to a confirmed address.

Sales - I was pretty busy yesterday and had to ship about 10 packages, some from the day before etc. Yesterdays sales were about $90. Two sales today.

Kids shoes are definately a seller IMO. I will be picking those up next spring at garage sales for sure if $1/2.

Milania's Mom - I'd love a link to your sales items etc as you seem to figure out a lot of brands that I'm not so familiar with if you could pm me if you don't mind.

Tweety - my justice top with typo sold yesterday! Looks like I do need a proofreader!!
