Hey eBay ladies,

I bought a pair of Robeez boots for my DS on eBay. They arrived today, but we're the wrong size (listed incorrectly). They're too big for DS to wear this winter, so I'd like to return them. Do I pay return shipping even though the boots were listed incorrectly (what's ebay's policy?)? If so I might just keep them, just not worth the hassle.

FWIW, the seller is willing to refund a portion of the selling price but I really just need boots that fit. If I keep them I won't accept a refund b/c I agreed to the price and I don't think that's fair to the seller.

Thanks mamas!!

You won't be able to find out his name the details you need to list for cabbage patch dolls are everything it says on the tag even the weird numbers because those show where it was made. Also the number on the back of his head. That's the head mold number. I have a good site that tells about what all the numbers mean. Ill link it when I get home

eBay/PayPal won't make the seller pay return shipping however since its her mistake she should. I'd ask for her to.

Let me tell you this. If you file a claim with eBay, they will side with you and you will have to pay return shipping but your original payment will come back to you, In full.

I don't want to file a claim, just wanted to know about ebay's policy. She is offering to pay return shipping, but I think we're going to wait and see if the other buyer complains and maybe we can swap boots (she apparently swapped sizes when she shipped, although the pics in this posting were of these boots, so who knows).

Thanks for the quick answers, mamas!!

She should take the initiative and message the other buyer and pay for each of you to shop to the correct person then
