Re: QUESTIONS Thinking of going all GMD and WorkHorse Fitteds
sounds like a great idea. I would wait on the toddler prefolds and get brown edge workhorses rather than green.
DS2 is 33lbs and 36in tall and the browns (in both PF and WH fit great) He just started wearing the greens about 6 months ago,. He has been wearing the browns for almost ayear now. If you want pics to compare let me know. i have pics of him at 2.5yrs probably about 28/30lbs.

Re: QUESTIONS Thinking of going all GMD and WorkHorse Fitteds
My 11 month old is about 24lbs. He fits nicely in the brown edge but the red are a bit snug on him. I would probably skip the red and green and do just brown edge. It should carry you through till potty training.

Re: QUESTIONS Thinking of going all GMD and WorkHorse Fitteds
I would lean towards skipping the small doublers. I bought large, and they are the perfect size for DS, who is 16 months and close to 25lbs. He is also in the WH brown edge, and they fit perfect around the waist, but are still a bit big in the rise.

I would skip the small doublers and just get all lgs. DS is 21ish lbs, 28" and almost 1. We use only brown edge WHs and lg doublers. Have some brwn edge PFs, for just in case, and they are huge on him snappi'd. I think red edge would be better, I guess it just depends on how wide and long your LOs rise is. Also for trifolding brown will be really big, so IMO red would work well.

Oh and I would just make your own fleece liners. Super easy and cheap! Buy a yard of soft, thick polar fleece from a fabric store or Walmart and cut your own. Cut them to be the size of your doublers after you prep them. From one yard you will get approx 22 liners. Poly fleece won't fray and just wash it once to prep and your set! This is what I did and they work great and wash up well. My DS has sensitive skin and they don't irritate him at all.
