Homebirth mama's check in?

Sorry I didn't introduce myself before now.

This is my 4th birth, but my first homebirth. I'm going to use a CPM, and just DH as support. I'm not sure about a birth kit yet, still looking into it.
For diapers we might use sposies till the cord falls off, I have had issues with cloth keeping the cord too moist, and it gets stinky.
Then it will be prefolds and covers.

Welcome. still have no birth kit and I'm 34 weeks... hoping to find something like an "emergency OB kit" at a local store. I could order it online, but I'm feeling like i don't want to wait for it to ship... anyone order theirs yet?

I ordered one from Amazon and it came super fast. I do feel better having it on hand, but you could probably put one together yourself if you're worried about shipping.

Ah, ok. I ordered on on amazon. was cheap/fast and I"ll get extra Chux ads at the local place. Should be set then.
