Both boys are still feeling pretty yucky today, but my oldest is very excited that it's his birthday. He woke up and asked if it was. All he's told me he wants so far is cake. Maybe I'll be able to get him to give me a dinner request soon.

I found out last night that my bil and his brainless girlfriend are the reason my kids are sick. They brought her kids to mothers day dinner at my in laws while they were sick and didn't tell anybody. They just dosed then up with all kinds of meds and set them loose.

Now my kids are sick and need nebulizer treatments to be comfortable. I won't be letting then around my kids for awhile.

Morning. Dh let me sleep in this morning, woke up with a tummy ache and feeling head coldy. Could just be my allergies though. Ds2 is head coldy so I am staying home from church with him. I don't want to make anyone else sick.

So the shorts were really easy. The Eviepants pattern goes up by 2" per 8 stitches. So I just took the largest size, adjusted the measurements, and added stitches everywhere necessary (waistband, increase round, etc). The one thing to keep in mind is that the rise will be based on what you are comfortable with. Obviously none of us wear cloth diapers so the longgggg rise isn't necessary the other thing I did was keep the gusset quite small (8 stitches) because of the same reason as the rise.
