Congrats on the birth of Aiden!!

Last night was our first night home. Slept more then we did in the hospital but Amelia has her days and nights mixed up for sure! She wants to party all night

Hoping it's baby day for someone today! Can't believe most of us have our babies and May is coming to a close.. It went by soo fast and I loved having all of you to chat with this pregnancy!! Hope we all stay active on here and on FB!

Sorry you didn't get your vbac! I'm guessing he was breeched since you posted you were at the hospital and then he was born 16 minutes later by csec. Hope you are recovering well today

Ok mamas....what should I do? Contractions 5-7min apart but only lasting 40ish seconds. But they hurt in my back, tummy and thighs. Just had bloody show. Just hang out and wait for now? Birth center is an hour away.

how fast were your previous labors?

When i woke up at 4:45 one morning, with contractions 4ish min apart lasting 45sec to an hour i knew it was time...but i labor fast, so i knew we needed to go soon...

I really dislike laboring in a car though, so we left before we *had* to, but we were only at the birth center for 3 hours before she was born. (previous labors were 3 and then 2 hours so i didn't know how much time we had)

Well, first labor was 14 hours with pitocin and an epidural. So far I haen't timed a lot of contractions so I'm just trying to get things cleaned up from our wonderful night of food poisoning and then I'll see how things are going I guess. I'm really hoping this is it because I told dh to stay home from work! Lol.

Alicia - It sure sounds like this is it for you! So sorry you were up with food poisoning all night. That is NOT the way you want to spend the night before working so hard at labor!

I'd go! Mine were 8 mins apart when we left. I expected them to slow down, but they got heavier real quick! They were 2-3 mins apart when we were half an hour from the birth center. I didn't think we would make it.
