Boy name suggestions please!

So I am not due for quite a while still but DH and I have started talking names. We are team green and have a girls name we like but boy names are hard! We know we want to use Edward (DH's father) as the middle name but can't agree on a first name. DH really likes Lief, but I'm kind of meh on it, you know? We had liked Max Edward when we were talking names back with DD (we were team green for her too) but my parents named their dog Max when we told them names we were considering and they didn't like it They knew we wouldn't use it if they used it for a dog. So anyway, can you suggest boy names that go with Edward as a middle name? My DD is Wren Elisabeth if that helps any and our last name is Irish and begins with 'M' Thanks for any suggestions!

If you think they named the dog Max to keep you from using it, I'd think about using it anyways... How old is the dog? Your kid will be around much longer than the dog will

I'd still use Max. Any name can technically be a dog's name, so I wouldn't let that deter you. Do you know how many Bellas and Madisons I know, between dogs and babies Kind of messed up that they did that on purpose, though.

Yeah, I'm still super annoyed they did that. We won't use it though, if it was a friend with a dog named that it'd be fine, but it's my parents...I can totally see my youngest brothers (10 and 13) giving my kid a hard time about it in the future, and the dog will be around for at least another 10 years...

I love Jack and Liam, but DH vetos them. He's a teacher so that sometimes ruins names for him I keep coming back to the one sylable names too.

Thanks, I love her name it fits her perfectly too.

I really like Archer, Bowen, Cedar, and Reed! We actually have Reid and Cedar on our list already
