Do you tell DH when you test?

With DS i told DH I was going to buy a test. He knew I was going to test the next morning. I woke him up when I got a positive. It was our first and we were so excited. I'm thinking of not telling DH when I test this time. I want to be able to do something fun to tell him.

What do you do?

I have done both, with the times I didn't tell it was because I was freaked out. This pregnancy he knew I was going to test, all 7 times lol, they were mostly inconclusive, so with the last two tests I peed and told him I wasn't going back to look so he had to. That was kind of fun, because he got to find out before me.

I wouldn't tell if I was freaked out either. We're trying but I didn't expect anything the first month off BC. But now im going to buy a test tonight and can't decide what to do...

My husband has made numerous stops to pick up tests on the way home from work, I kinda wish I would have been able to surprise him....but, it's never worked out like that lol

There have been a couple of false alarms where I was obsessively testing and didn't tell him every single time, though he knew I was testing in general and waiting for AF to show up. With each of our kids though, I test when he is home and we check out the results together. I feel sort of weird knowing something like that before he does!

I tested once without telling him, I didn't think it would be + I was just trying to ease my mind. when I told Dh about it later he was so sad I tested without him that I haven't done it alone since!

I can't decide if he would be upset or of he would like being surprised. Who knew peeing on a stick could be so complicated?!

With 1 and 3 he knew I was testing we went and got the tests together with 2 I had a couple tests in the house and I wasn't late but had a hunch I was pg so while he was playing with DS1 I went and pos he was rather mad that I didnt tell him what I was doing and then didnt believe I was because the second line was so faint but I wasn't late yet next day it was for sure +

My DH works nights, I was only a couple days late but he bought one at my request overnight and I took it the next morning. I think I will be too excited to wait for number 2.

I was always doing the POAS thing earlier than recommended so I usually didn't say much if anything.
