PP, is that weird?
I'm not the pp, but I don't think it's weird. We keep all of the diapers in the livingroom. Our bedroom is upstairs and at 12 months old, I'm only lugging dd up/down stairs when absolutely needed. It's much easier to just lay her on the LR floor and grab a dipe.

Good to know. I felt odd! My little guy doesn't have his own room, either, so I guess that's another reason why they're mostly in the living room. I'm too lazy to go upstairs, and there's no air conditioning up there so it's gross and hot. Ew.

Re: Let's see those STASHES !!

Ok, I got rid of a bunch of stuff, phased out some stuff, and bought a whooole bunch.

Basically, my stash is a little more streamlined, but still pretty plain jane (except my covers - I like those to be a little colorful).

My stash now is basically:
fitteds (ME Sandy's bamboo and cotton, MEOS, and a couple hemp fitteds for nighttime)
flats (GMD and some hand dyed flour sack towels)
a few straggler prefolds
lots of covers (a bunch of PUL, some fleece soakers, and a few wool soakers)
hemp doublers
bamboo doublers (not pictured, gotta sew them up!)
lots of sherpa wipes
a few AIO's for diaper changes outside of the house

A couple of fitteds and flats are missing, but that's mostly it. It doesn't include all the pockets/fitteds/covers I'm trying to sell!

I think I'll be happy when I get a few more covers. I want a few Flips, and maybe some Alva's to use as covers because of their awesome color selection. Waiting on some Imagine AIO's (4 white ones).

So pretty!

Re: Let's see those STASHES !!

My stash is pretty simple compared to all the lovely fitteds and prints.

I have:
-24 preemie prefolds that i use as mama cloth and will prolly also use if/when we have another LO
-36 flats(that get used mostly as burp cloths and blankets)
-25 BG 4.0 pockets(only 9 of which are prints, and the others are all mostly sweet/bubble from the clearance sale they had)
-5 flip covers
-12 flip organic inserts
-12 stay dry insert socks for the flip inserts(they are my night time dipes)
-4 BGE

and:
-2 Imagine bamboo AIOs that are otw
-2 Jiggs of Maine pockets that are otw

Trying out some different styles of dipes now that we have a bit of extra money to spend, and DDs chunky thighs make for an awkward fit with the bgs atm.

Re: Let's see those STASHES !!

I LOVE the stashes!!! I'm so jealous. I've debated about posting my stash pic since i'm a bit embarrassed by how old/rough it is but we're pretty darn poor right now. But I guess it would good to show some diversity I am washing most right now so I'll post a pic tomorrow but here's my stsh:

How To Diaper The Uber Cheap way

I have 6 dyed infant prefolds
12 bleached and unbleached mismash of infant prefolds
1BGE
6 Flip covers
18 t-shirts (yes I said t-shirts. LOL)

I have 2 in cloth, but my older daughter is PLing so she doesn't go through many dipes. I wash every other night.

The shirts fold into a cool fitted and I use a snappi on them. Like this:

This is a "tshirt fitted"

Will post a stash pic tomorrow

Your stash sounds awesome!! Are you folding it like the video in this thread? I am thinking they would also be great for newbies.

I am folding it exactly like that and it works GREAT for newbies! I used a size 3t shirt for the first six weeks then went to adult size shirts for the extra absorbancy
