goign back to SAHM mama?

Anyone go from being a SAHM to working back to being a SAHM? I was home with the kids for almost 6 years, then went back to work part-time. I work about 14 hours a week for a VNA with VERY flexible hours, but it's still working Well, over the summer, I'll be returning to SAHM, which I'm REALLY excited about, but a little nervous. I'm so used ot juggling everything now, that on my two days I'm off completely, I find that I really have NOTHING to do. Can you forget how to be a SAHM? Isn't that a bizarre question

Re: goign back to SAHM mama?

I don't have your issue, but a similar one. I'm only a few days away from becoming a SAHM for the first time at age 44; this is a late-in-life baby, and I've worked through the infancies of all the others, so I'm really looking forward to spending more time on home and family this round. Seven years ago, I cut back from full time to part time. Now, I don't know how I'll like it, or if I'll be able to put the time to good use. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone in worrying about it a bit!
