Diaper Swappers

my 9 month old woke up and had what appered to be a skin irritatin right under her ear along the jaw line. Later the other side did the same thing. It almost looks like a mosquitto bite but not that swollen.

She still does not have teeth. She is teething but does not look like she is getting any anytime soon.

Anyones little one have this?
