What do you add/substitute to baked goods to make them healthier?

I use honey or no sweetener... If I do use sugar (usually if I bake for others), I cut it in half or less. I use coconut oil, yogurt, applesauce, just depends on what i'm baking since they lend different flavors. 100% whole wheat flour. Honestly, it took baby steps to get there though. But your taste buds adapt.
