Bleeding caused by exercising?

So I'm about 7 weeks along and I have been exercising nearly every day like I normally do. Just now I was doing some cardio and started bleeding. I've already called the doctor and we are giving it an hour to see if it stops or not, but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else. If it did, was everything ok? The nurse said as long as I didn't soak through a pad in the hour that it should be ok but I am so scared right now that I might be losing my baby.

I bled with my first right around 7 weeks. He is now a crazy 18month old some spotting can be normal. Good call on contacting your doc so quick! I hope it goes away soon.

yea heavy bleeding bad, call doctor. I never spotted with either of mine but I hear it is common like water breaking but again I had to have my waters broken both times.....
