I'm having some seriously terrifying nightmares, like "Saw" scary!

It sounds like I should just be grateful I'm sleeping in more than 3 hour spurts.

I had one last night where we were at church, and I'd brought some library books for the kids to read, and I set one out on the floor to have it handy, but part of the title had the S word in it, so I was scrambling to hide it before anyone saw it, lol.

At the beginning of my pregnancy, I was having really weird, vivid sex dreams.

Lately they've been sort of like movies. Last night I dreamt there was a group of boys who liked my friends and me. Except it wasn't me, it was a teenager who looked nothing like me. The boy who liked me ended up liking another girl after he came back from a trip to Europe. He gave her all these handwritten cards and drawings he had done for me, IN FRONT OF ME, and I just stood there, so upset. I was even wearing a school girl's uniform. I woke up thinking, What a jerk! I would never like a guy who could do that to me!

*cough cough* yeah, i'm having the sex dreams too. last night was a really long twisted one where there were two nathan fillion's (the guy from castle but his name was nick in my dream not rick) and i was in love with the real nick but the fake nick was trying to steal me away (kind of like the plot of 'this means war' if you're familiar with it) and i ended up sleeping with the fake nick and the real nick was so hurt but he forgave me and we were waiting to have sex until we could get married but we were making out A LOT! yeah, that was kind of a blusher to wake up from...lol...and it's not the first sex dream i've had either. i seem to have them all the time. sigh.
also, i'm kind of a prude in real life so it's not like i'm thinking about having sex with people other than my husband all day long or anything. only, you know, after i go to sleep! lol

Spoke too soon. Last night I had a dream that I was delivering a baby (I do that in my dreams sometimes). The baby was fine and I delivered the placenta. After the placenta came out, I went to massage the fundus and the blood wouldn't stop gushing. It just kept going and going and going. In my dream, I was standing there between the woman's thighs and my hand was up at her fundus and each time I would press down there would be this huge gush. I was thinking, in my head in my dream, F----!!!!! That's all I remember.

I'm studying for boards right now, so this stuff is all in the front of my brain and I know that our dreams are just our brains filing away information. But then I think, Gee what if this is some kind of premonition or something? I did have a smallish PPH with Benjamin. And I'm practically a grand multip being a G5. I'm sure it's nothing, but you know, you think about it. I've had dreams like this before when I wasn't pregnant, which makes me just think it's a common theme for me. It's always the hemorrhage. For some reason, I always dream about a hemorrhage. Never a shoulder dystocia or an emergency breech or anything like that. it's always the blood. *sigh*

I had the most ridiculous nightmare last night. Back story: there have been black bears spotted in our region, and they usually don't wander this far south. Anyway, my nightmare involved being chased down a street in town by a black bear. I finally escaped into a Papa Murphy's and frantically called my mom to come get me. Why my mom and not my husband?
I have no idea.

The other night I actually slept. I had the strangest dream that Steve Jobs was trying to get me to move out of state to work with him. He was being kind of sexually inappropriate too. And after this extraordinarily long lunch meeting I came out and my car had been booted. Very strange.

I have had the sexton dreams too...so glad to know I'm not a freak! And I'm a total prude with a low sex drive IRL so it's totally bizarre.
