Wrong addy in paypal

I printed a shipping label for a transaction today and received a pm a little bit ago that says mama just moved and her pp addy is wrong. However for me to void a label I would have to wait 3 weeks for a refund. I'm just really irritated by this. I should. It have to tie up extra fund to print a new label because she forgot to update. What do I do. Obviously she has to update her addy but how do I handle this

you will have to refund and have her re send payment after she updates her addy so that you can ship to her new address. What a pain mama!

Ok so I refunded and Pm'd mama
To repay once she updates her addy. She responded with an ok sorry for the trouble but still hasn't repaid. I was frustrated before now I'm getting irritated! If she doesn't pray can I leave negative feedback?

Couldn't u say please forward on package?? or just put new addy on top? I'm not sure how stuff works I just go to post office.

I would risk that. PP only covers you if you ship to the address listed on their site.

I know it is frustrating and I'd send her a PM saying she has 'x' time before you re-list it for someone else to buy. I definitely wouldn't wait around for days/weeks for someone to repay me for something they messed up on to start with (sorry if that sounds rude but honestly, I sell diapers to make money back so I can get more. I can't be waiting around for someone to slowly pay me If they want the item they need to be more proactive then 'I'll pay in a few days'.)

thats so frustrating! I would shoot her one more PM and give her a time frame to pay by or you will relist, thats ridiculous that she didnt just send it back with the proper addy right away.

I am not sure if you are able to leave FB or not, money changed hands, I would send a mod a PM and see what they have to say

ugh an wouldnt you know i totally missed that she has no feedback im tyring to chalk it up to a learning curve but it is still frustrating glad i didnt mail it!
