Onbuhimo baby carrier. $50
Width 8, length 15, straps 52 each with 15 of that padded.
This carrier design originated in Japan. It is similar to the mei tai except the shoulder straps are threaded through large rings at the waist and then tied together, rather than having separate waist straps.
I put the only english characters on the tag into google and it was a phone number for this site:
Onbus are somewhat like podageis. they are meant to be very narrow but still very secure and comfortable. It helped us keep cool because there was so little fabric.
this site has a picture if you scroll down of it in use.
and here is a video of how to use it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Gmw-sZByTA

This has the small tail which is what the size refers to. This fit me as a size 20 and my sister at a size 2.
