Newborn Stash Speculation...

I thought it would be fun to speculate about which diapers in your newborn stash you will use and/or like the most.

I have a collection of flats, prefolds, fitteds, ETPFs, wool, and PUL covers for my NB, along with some Softbums Echos with mini bamboo pods. I think I will end up liking Gerber flats with OBV doublers and my Little Beetles NB wool wrap the best for the tiniest days. Then, I think I'll like my larger flats with PUL for the slightly bigger stage The only thing I don't have is pockets, because I really don't like how they wash.

It will be fun to come back later and see if we are right about what we end up using and liking!

I'm guessing preemie prefolds then flats, just cause that's what I used with my last baby and loved it. Covers are all knit shorties or longies and that's all we have so that's an easy one I did make a whole stash worth of qsfw fitteds though so maybe I will like those, I made them more for dh and the boys to use if they do a change.

QSFW+ Quick sew flat wrap .

I have 24 little bee company NBs on the way (12 are for me to donate but if I can't find some one to donate them to I will use them the FFS them to someone and really since my truck is in the shop getting a new tranny to the tune of 3k I could use those extra 12 dipes!) and 3 BG nbs and I will have at least 6 momma made covers and I am going to get some prefolds (waiting till we move to sew up the rest and buy the prefolds). I have never CD a noob but so really I am just hoping I like any of it, lol.

preemie PF's and wwb nb covers or thirsties, will be my nb go to's.
and prefolds/flats (depending on fit and moods) w/covers will be my later stash.

I used to do a lot of wool and fitteds and pockets, but.... I have converted to a simpler routine for me.

Probably using the newborn/infant prefolds and covers most...

Then fitteds and covers for nighttimes. I have several XSBGs, but my babies are slow growers, so it'll be a while before I can use those I imagine. They'll likely be my favorites when they do work...i loved BG AIOs with DS.

My show off diapers will probably be my Megaroos ETPFs because they're so cute! lol

Re: Newborn Stash Speculation...

I have always liked newborn prefolds and covers but this time I added a bunch of AIOs and pockets. I was trying to decide today if I should order 6 more small Nana's bottoms or get twice as many OS sunbaby for the same price. I think they will fit a bigger newborn pretty quickly. But I get tired of stuffing.
Mostly I just miss getting fluffy mail so I want to get more!
When is everyone getting their diapers ready? I wanted to wait a month out but every time I walk by them I want to prep and wash them.

I had to pick 1 to make sure my husband would do it and keep things simple for daycare so all I have are Flips, prefolds, and a few Flip inserts. Everything washed and jammed into the baby dresser.
