1. Just because you're starting to dilate now doesn't mean you'll go into labor soon. You can walk around at a 4 for a couple of weeks, or you can go into labor at a 1 or 2 and then have your baby a few hours later. So.... don't worry just 'cause you're starting to dilate.

2. My oldest son was induced at 37 weeks due to my high blood pressure, he was totally fine.

If you're worried about it...rest.. hang out on the couch all day with your feet up, don't have sex or even orgasms. And just try to relax.

36 weeks isn't really all that early. In fact, I don't even think that 37 weeks is considered pre-term. Isn't 37 weeks considered "full term?" If that's the case.. you're only a week away from technically being full term.
