FFS small Liz Lange Jeans

hi Mamas! These size small Liz Lange jeans were passed on to me by a friend. Very cute and in over-all good condition, however a previous user cut the elastic inside the waist band. Must have been trying to squeeze into them??There are two sections of elastic - one on either hip. It needs to be replaced and I don't have the time or no-how to do this.
