What's my next step

So I posted before that af was late well she showed and I talked with dh about everything. I am not sure what my next step is or if I should have one

Dh pointed out we have been not preventing for 8 months not 6, I have had 3 + tests (3 cycles) no babies though. I had surgery for cervical cancer but all loses are within a week of af due so it would be hormonal right? I have a dr appt in April so I can talk to them then but what do I say? I'm only 26, I've had 3 healthy babies and the last when I was 23, we tried for 6 months before my dx to no avail

Do you chart at all? Maybe that will give your dr some direction.
