hi! sorry it took me like a month to reply. we moved, then i couldn't find them! i found them today...the waist can really be as small as you like with the drawstring. as pictured, it's about 16". The leg openings are 10". i think they could last from maybe 6-18 months? not sure if you're still interested, but this might be helpful to others looking as well.
