No yarn for me unless i have a project for it.

Katie saw the sour apple. Are those mine too? I love it. You got the colors right on. Im using the confetti for saffron so DD can wear it with any color dress. Im thinking of doing honey or another light weight cardi for the apple sour or using it for a summer top.

Morning. Ds2 woke up before we went to sleep and was up until 1:30-2ish then went back to his bed. Then he woke up at 6:20 and came to sleep in our bed then ds1 came in to whine about a toy and he stayed awake. I am sooooo tired. And I lay different when a kid is in bed with me so my whole right side is sore and achy. We are making a roast to have shredded bbq on buns with watermelon and roasted veggies for dinner. Something to look forward too! Anyone have a bbq sauce recipe they love? We bought Kraft smoked hickory to try (we got sweet baby rays smoked hickory and brown sugar last time and while it is yummy dh didn't like that it was just sweet, no spice or heat or anything tangy at all) but I hate that the first ingredient in them both is HFC! Would love to make our own I don't like it hot and I want a smoky flavor.

I have a dragon and the skirted capri's to finish today. It is killing me inside that there is no mail until Tuesday. Ds1 chose the eyes he wants for his monster. Green cat eyes. This is going to be quite the monster!

Woke up to a new thread

We are all in a grumpy mood today and have to go to my parents for my party.

Ben still has to buy my gift. Which I told him it will be better than last years since
Me-"you got me nothing".
B-"what I got you something didn't I?".
Me-"nope".
B-"was that because I was out of town"
Me-"yep and that's why you got nothing in return"
B- "see we turned out fine"
Me- "and that's why I don't need anything"

But I did talk him into making a swift for me with Steven. He got all excited and was searching plans last night. He's thinking an upright one so it saves space and used with wing nuts so I can take it apart.

Well off to check crankies temp. She's in the bonus room screaming at ben and Steven.

I'm going to be finishing up this sweater this week (hoping by Tuesday) then finish up the candy girl dress and co the shorties.

So can't get to Emilys patriotic pants until next week at the earliest

Saw a mama grizzly and her 2 cubs crossing the road and then the two moose hanging out when we were out on our rainy Sunday drive. We went out in the FJ-40 and I am cold!

Yeah I'd be cold too! Fil just sold his military jeep because he could never drive it during the winter
