I don't know how comfortable I would be delivering breech, I guess it depended on the dr.s comfort level too... I REALLY WANT A SUCCESSFUL VBAC! But in the end, healthy mama and baby is most important.
I hope you get it mama! I find it really hard too! I only feel one big "lump" rather than two and it feels big and hard like a back but not a butt or a head...if I didn't have an ultrasound already I'd think I had a severely deformed baby in there! Will be praying that your baby is head down and you get your VBA2C.

This is how I feel.
I'm 27 weeks and baby is head up or transverse(depending on time of day). I probably would NOT have a breech baby in a hospital unless my OB was a much older doctor who had attended breech births before. Doctors aren't taught anymore what to do with a breech presentation(NOTHING other than get mom into hands and knees position, or whatever position she feels is best) and it would worry me too much that they would try and pull on the baby or otherwise cause problems.

Spinning Babies has some good resources and seeing a webster certified Chiro is also a good option. Babies can and do turn during labor so even if you decide to go for a RCS I would wait til labor starts on it's own and have an u/s to determine baby's position when you arrive at the hospital right before the c/s. (That's what I would do anyway if my only viable options were get baby head down or schedule a repeat c/s) If you can start with a Chiro now that may help encourage baby to turn sooner and give you peace of mind. <3

Re: Is your baby head down yet?

I'm almost 30 weeks and as of today I think she's breech. She was head down a couple of days ago and today when she had the hiccups they were up in my ribs. drat! Hopefully she flips around again like all of my other kiddos have. I've been going to the chiro but haven't been in a little while so I need to make another appt. I'll be thinking head down vibes for all of our babies!!

Re: Is your baby head down yet?

As of today baby is head down (as it was 4 weeks ago) but is in a posterior position. I really don't want to go through back labor again so I am going to work on flipping baby around.

No Benjamin is still breach. I'm terrified. I may not have a lot of time for him to flip. I may be having him at 35 weeks .... I'm terrified of a c sec. Completely terrified.

From the list of what you are doing it doesnt seem to me like you are missing anything. I agree there is still lots of time.

My baby is vertex- woohoo! My only vertex baby! All the other 3 were constantly wanting to be either breech or transverse.

Never lose hope! A dear friend of mine had a vertex baby till 39+6, when baby just popped his head out of her pelvis and flipped around. And it hasppens the other way too. So don't worry. I used moxibustion with all three, plus chiropractic care and such. They all came out head first .
