I'm jealous when I hear that some people already have things in their garden to can, but then I remember that I'm in North Dakota and we plant a lot later than most. But, I did get my garden in on Mother's Day weekend this year because it was so nice. Hopefully I'll have something other than rhubarb in a couple months. lol

Well in my garden I have about 15 strawberries a day, but they are a hierloom variety that are tiny blackberry size ones. But, we went to a u-pick farm a couple of weeks ago and made some strawberry jam and pancake syrup. So red you would think I dumped in tons of food coloring. Yummm.

well so far today I did 11 1/2 pints apricots jam , 12 1/2 pints apricot/cherry jam and 13 1/2 pints apricot blackeberry jam ....see if I get to more tonight or in the am

We made a tester batch of pickles last week. Dh and I dont like them so we are on the hunt for a new recipe. DS loves them. He ate a pint sized jar already.

Hoping to find some well priced strawberries soon to make jelly! Seems like thats a favorite on here!

Mixed fruit jam- no sugar, apple sauce for sweetness and chai seeds for making it into jelly consistency.

Nothing right now. I need to can some more veggie soup and chilli for quick meals, and do some more meatballs.

I"m dehydrating peas, and broccolli.

I sure will when I get back to my main computer. You mix pork sausage, ground beef, onion powder and a few other things. Form into balls and process at 10 lbs for 75 min for pints, 90 min for quarts.
