Good to know about the 1 hr. We would be about 30 minutes away from anyplace that could do IVF. My DH is extremely stubborn and he has told me many times "never again" with regards to doing his thing at the dr's office.

Anyway, I am so sorry about your AF. Did you test at all? Maybe it was a chemical or something? That's really weird, especially if you are pretty sure of when you O'd. I really hope the IVF does the trick for you. I'd LOVE to see a BFP from you!!! You've been waiting long enough, that's for sure!

My interview went well I thought - it's so hard to tell but I got a good vibe from the lady and it's a job I could do well, I would like it, and it pays more than I thought it would. So if I got it, I'd certainly take it, at least till I have another baby.

Amanda ~ I started temping this cycle along with doing OPKs. Hopefully I'll know when I'm about to O and when I am done Oing! Hopefully you'll O before the weekend! Not sure when I will. I O'd CD18 last month. DH is ready to start the marathon. We were both worn out before I got to O and then we just didn't want any for a while after so I don't think we even DTD during my 2WW. So he's waited through the 2WW and the week of AF and now he's raring to go and I'm afraid he'll tucker out and start shooting blanks before the marathon is over. Sorry...I know that is WAY TMI..LOL... just thought I'd share! :lol:

Quick update: Went and seen my doctor again and still nothing is wrong, she has no idea why we can't get pg. I asked about clomid but she advised against it since we have no "medical" reasons.

So DH and I talked and we are going to try the natural meds route to up everything and see if that will help. DH told me today that if it doesn't happen by the time he is 40 then we are done. Sucks that he is 6 yrs older since it only gives us 2 years.

ETA: What's a good book or crash course on how to chart. I just started with FF and hope this will help me a little.

I don't think anything here is TMI. One thing I don't like about temping is that it only confirms O but doesn't tell me when it's going to happen. So I may use OPKs this month too. I've been Oing between CD14-16 so we'll see what happens this month.

Feel free to send me a PM as I'm pressed for time now. The more info you put on your FF chart the better. As in CM, when you DTD, CP, +OPKs, and of course temps. If you're concentrating more on just temps you'll know when you Oed but only once it has already happened.

It's important to temp around the same time each morning. I keep my BBT thermometer next to the bed. Don't get up and pee first. Try not to move around too much or do any talking before taking your temp. I've found that I can go +/- half an hour or so and not see a big deal in making sure the temp time is exact.

You'll get a spike in temp after you've Oed. FF will look for three days in a row of high temps before confirming O. And you'll see a dip in temp when AF is arriving. At least all of that is in theory. It'll likely take a couple of months (hopefully you'll get a BFP first though!!) to get a feel for what's "normal" for your body, cycle, and temping.

Sarah- Hope you get the job and then get pregnant! I did test- but I didn't test until I was 4 days late. Not sure if that would matter? My tests were negative. I tested at 18dpo and 20dpo. I swore I was pregnant. Ah well... Hopefully it doesn't affect us negatively for the IVF cycle...

Good to hear! I'm just trying to picture a 16 year old and a 10 year old sharing a room and it's not looking pretty in my head Although, if we have a boy... then Laura would get her own (smaller) room and the boys would be just 3 years apart.
