TTC 30+ May 28 - June 3

Oh yea I guess you can move me to the TWW!!!The ever so dreaded TWW...At least I'll be busy for next weekend we are going to St. Louis for my cousins wedding for 4 days F-M so that should keep my mind off of it for at least a bit!!

Carissa- Sounds like a great combo to make a baby! I can't imagine that pain.

Amanda-- I'm thinking about the OPK's too. What day is recommended to start? I gotta research that.

Do most of you ladies elevate your hips for a bit after dtd? How about every night bding? or every other? We usually go for every other, but maybe I need to revamp that.

Thanks ladies....hope it happens soon too, but only God knows.

I did elevate my legs this time. We DTD the day I was set to ovulate and two mornings after. I got a BFP...not sure if it was due to that or not..lol

I cramped for a day and a half, and went camping for the weekend so was nice and relaxed but didn't DTD friday night but did last night and plan on it at least the next couple of nights just to make sure we get this EGGIE!!!!

OUCH! That was to funny about the "mood music" LOL! Hopefully the 2ww will go by fast and we'll be seeing a BFP pic soon!!!!

Well, I remember elevating my hips for DD1, DH says I didn't when we conceived DD2, but I do it now just in case! We never manage to BD every night, every other if we are lucky DH has apparently been paying attention to my cycle...comes upstairs where I am reading a book "wanna make a baby?"...yeah, talk about cheesy. I've got seasonal allergies though and my head is all stuffy and sinuses are horrible that I don't feel in the mood at all.

Sorry to be a lame participant. I read everything every day but soooo busy with 5 kiddos. Praying for everyone and congrats on the bfps.
Afm: my DH came home in time and I think I'm 6 or 7 dpo. Still don't know how to write in red on iPhone but definitely in TWW. High temps except for a dip at 5 dpo. Third cycle taking Vitex.

If you look online you'll see a recommended start date. It depends on the length of your cycle. I actually might be too late to start this month but still may tomorrow. I've never used them consistently so I don't have much advice.

With DS I did elevate my legs but not all of the time. I'm doing the same this time around too.


Sarah for me it's DH complaining that I only want to DTD when he's *needed*.

I elevated my hips for DD1 and DD2... DD3 was me on top and was on our anniversary and she was a total surprise. we gave up after 2 years of TTC.

Oh the seasonal allergies! Meee toooo! I have really bad asthma right now, too. I am dying with out allergy meds. If I can just make it till the 2ww!!!!! because I totally feel your pain!

I just want to say what a great supportive group this is. I posted on another site on their TTC 35 and up forum basically asking how to handle the letdown each month of not conceiving. I got such awful hurtful replies because I haven't been ttc for years. So thanks ladies for being drama free!!

Fingers crossed for you this month!! I'm close to you at 9 dpo and testing tomorrow.
