What went wrong is it salvagable

I did pancae batter and did 4 batches in 1 to make enough to freeze.

WHen I try to cook it, it just runs and goops, there us no flipping anything it is not even cooking solid. When I try to flip it I am just shoving batter around like you would scrambled eggs only not as solid. I have no clue what went wrong.

Can I save this somehow?

I don't think I've ever heard of freezing pancake batter.

Is it the whole batch or just the one you had frozen?

I do the same thing make extra and freeze the cooked stuff. Did you try adding more flour, maybe you did not add enough. Sorry it's all I can think of.

Did you have a leavening agent that was old maybe and they aren't rising?

Re: What went wrong is it salvagable

possible.

I used the same recipe I always used just quadrupled it.

Off hand it was like

2 tsp baking powder

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

2 tsp salt

I would have to look at my recipe to double check quantities
