Keep hating - I'll keep smiling

Re: Bedtimes and Wake-up Times
The three older ones sleep from 9pm to 7:15 - 7:30 am, which is a new thing of theirs that I absolutely hate. I'm working on pushing the bed time back to 8:30 pm again. That thirty minutes makes all of the difference.
The youngest sleeps from 7:30pm to 7:30 am.

Re: Bedtimes and Wake-up Times
16 month old and 3.5 year old have the same bedtime/wake up. They both are in bed around 8:30 and wake up somewhere between 7-8am.

Re: Bedtimes and Wake-up Times
I send my boys--5 & 7 years old--to bed at 8:30pm and wake them up at 6:30am. Occasionally, especially when we've had a very busy schedule, I'll send them to bed at 8.
My 9 year old daughter goes to bed at 9pm and wakes up at 6:30am. I really don't know what my 14 year old daughter does. I encourage her to get 9-10 hours of sleep, but her schedule varies depending on her sport & the season. Sometimes she is up at 5:30am, sometimes 7:30am. She adjusts her bedtime accordingly when she can.

Re: Bedtimes and Wake-up Times
My kids usually go to bed around 11:00-12:00 and wake up at 8:30 (they are 2 and 4). But my 2 year old son stayed up until 2:00 am this morning, and is still sleeping now at NOON! WAY more sleep than he usually gets. But I'm just letting him remain sleeping, because I'm just not going to let him nap today, so he goes to bed at a decent time tonight. He's been trying to cut out his nap lately, which makes him fall asleep at 4:30 in the evening, hence the late nights. But...he napped at 1:30 yesterday for less than an hour, and was still up until 2:00 am.
