WIC - corn tortillas- what to make

What do you make with the corn tortillas you get from WIC? Thanks!

Corn tortillas? I wish lol. What state gives corn tortillas? I'm curious not being snarky

If we had I'd make enchiladas. My prb is what to do with all the cans of beans we never use

you can get them here with the "whole grains" instead of bread...wheat flour tortillas too. we can't get canned beans here though, has to be dry, which requires a ton of planning ahead lol

I make enchiladas, mini quesadillas, migas

boiled chicken sautéed in a pan with veggies and fajita seasoning the brown up with cheese in the tortillas yum!

We don't get WIC, and I make my own corn tortillas, but we use them for lots of things!

Enchiladas
Flautas
Corn tortillas with eggs - use extra butter when scrambling the eggs and throw pieces of tortilla in near the end
Mexican pizza
Fry or bake them when they are close to stale for chips (fresh is great, too, but if you need to use them up this is the way to go)

I live in IL. We can get them instead of brown rice. Bread is a different package. You get cheese with the rice package. We usually get the rice but decided to try to tortilla this month.

I use them to make quesadillas. Put on a baking sheet, add black beans, cheese, and spinach, put top tprtilla on and put in the oven for about 6 minutes on 300 degrees. Simple, fast, and easy lunch!

I don't get wic but we buy 36 tortillas and use some for enchiladas then before they go bad we make tacos shells in the frying pan with them.

We use it with eggs also, but I fry the tortilla first in oil, then scramble the eggs in with some spicy tomato sauce and cheese.

I make fry them and make taco shells and tostada shells
