Re: Swaying Girl
I was all different weights when getting pregnant with my boys- within about a 50 pound range. I was at the upper end of that range when I got pg with dd.

Re: Swaying Girl
I was totally opposite for weight with my boys and girl. I was around 115-120 when I got pregnant with my boys, and had skyrocketed up to 130 when I got pregnant with my daughter.
I'm hoping history doesn't repeat since I'm around 110 now and would really like a second girl! |

Re: Swaying Girl
I gained back some of the weight I lost so who knows this time. I know I weigh less than any I did with any of my boys though. But we will see in a few months I guess.

Re: Swaying Girl
i think it's important to remember, that aside from being in a lab and having them actually pick out the X spermies, no methods are for sure....buuuut, we're in the same boat, we have three boys (whom i love!) and i would really like a girl. One of my friend's mom told me (she had 2 boys first, then a girl) that they heard you should DTD every day the week you're ovulating. That's what they did for their girl...Also, we have some other friends who SWEAR that the best way to make a girl is to, err...'waste' the baby juice, then DTD again, right away. i suppose both these methods have to do with the girley spermies being more hearty....Also, both these methods especially the second one, are too much work!

I am small normally 100-105. I had one girl when I was very young and heavier (135) and different father than the others.. Since then 4 boys plus two losses both boys.FWIW I don't eat much dairy and never have. My DH drinks a medium amount of caffeine. I have wondered the other way if something could cause him to make only boys? I firmly think it's really chance but good luck!

Re: Swaying Girl
I don't drink any caffeine at all and had my last 4 babies be girls so don't know how much stock there is in that
but wishin ya luck! My DH and son are both praying for a boy so we'll see. My DH is just a girl maker (i think some men just are). His dad was too. My DH was the only boy with 5 sisters

Since we have had both I know my dh can make both but since the last 3 are boys it makes me wonder. Although my sister has 2 boys 4 girls with her dh. The oldest is boy, he is 21, then the girls, then her youngest is 2, a boy
