Re: Any interest in Onbuhimos?
I haven't done any testing on that yet, but my guess is 25lbs. I'm going to do some testing with it to see what it's limits are before it starts to stretch too much. I posted over in the babywearing forum and I'm hoping to get some critiques so I can do any modifications before asking for testers.

I was just thinking about this! I had it pictured in my head. I didn't know there was already such a thing!
Ok question time..... how does it loop through the rings and secure baby in? Can we get an action shot? If the weight range is higher then 25lbs I would be intrested questions pending.

As long as you froggie and shorten the body you can. I don't think the athletic mesh could hold more then 25lb (but I will find out for sure). I could certainly make them out of regular fabrics though. One made with regular carrier fabrics would easily hold 35lb+. The real limit would be when it's too heavy for you. Would you be interested in Onbus with regular fabric?

Re: Any interest in Onbuhimos?
Seems like there is enough interest for me to give it a go. I have some burp cloths I'm finishing up today that will go into WAHM forum for testers tonight or tomorrow, and then I'll get to work on some Onbuhimos for testing. Will try to have them up by the end of next week but it may take me a little longer. I would want at least 3 for testing I think. So if you're interested, keep an eye on testing forum.

Re: Any interest in Onbuhimos?
I am interested. The one I had though had fabric loops and was velvet, so really hard to slide the fabric through. I would like one in non-stretchy or mesh material (like canvas) with metal rings.
