What to do with braising greens??

This is our first year with our CSA, we have braising greens mix on our first box. I have never had this before and not sure what to do?

I'm assuming these are things like kale, chard etc. This is my favourite greens recipe.

They look like broccoli rob and some others. They were just labeled braising greens.

Slice and add to pasta dishes, lasagna, omlets, ect. Cut the touch stem out from the center of the leaves

I love to braise greens in a white wine reduction!

Do you have favorite kale or broccoli recipe? They should substitute fine.
Some of my favorite ways to prepare greens: throw them in a soup, sear them with garlic, toss in with roots and roast, steam them and squirt with lemon, chop small and cook into an omelet or pasta sauce, massage them and eat raw in a salad or sandwich ...
